The Macdonald Smash

A summery cocktail perfect
for warm weather!

You will need

50ml Highland Queen Sherry Finish

12.5ml Demerara syrup

2 lemon wedges

6-8 mint leaves

Orange bitters

Simply build into a tall glass, delicately garnish with mint sprig and enjoy!

Whisky Sour

A refreshing cocktail that's neither too sweet nor too sharp.

You will need

50ml Highland Queen

35ml lemon juice

12.5ml 2:1 sugar syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

0.5 fresh egg white

Serve on the rocks with an orange wheel and a cherry on a stick. Cheers!

Fit for a Queen

In the mood for a Saturday night cocktail? Try 'Fit for a Queen'

You will need

40ml Highland Queen Blended Scotch Whisky

20ml Creme de Mure

15ml sweet vermouth

25ml cloudy apple juice

5ml simple syrup

Shake and strain into a coupe glass and enjoy!

Old fashioned

A classic cocktail for those who like their cocktails short and their whisky strong.

You will need

50ml Highland Queen

2 teaspoons simple syrup

1 teaspoon water

2 dashes bitters

1 slice orange

1 maraschino cherry

Combine, then place the ice cubes in the glass and garnish with the orange and maraschino cherry... Cheers!
